This year as a 5th grade team we decided to incorporate current events into our curriculum. We thought it would be a great way to show our kids that history happens every day all over the world. Well today my co-worker was looking over some of the articles her students had brought in and came across this funny and interesting one we shared some laughs over:

That is pretty funny and kinda gross. You have to let us know why he chose it. Does anyone think it's stranger that a boy brought it in?
Wow! Very interesting. So, would you eat your placenta?? Have to admit makes me think....
I'm grossed out. Ha! It wouldn't be something I would do. I have a friend who planted hers in her front yard. Not sure I would do that either.
