Girls Night

Tonight I met up with the girls for a nice dinner at Kato Sushi. Aurora and I have been trying to plan this for the last two weeks and it finally happened. I had never been there before and was impressed with their food and the service. It was the perfect way to relax and laugh after a long week. It's nice to be able to hang out with them and just talk. There never seems to be a shortage of topics (raw fish, silky smooth, and squeakys--the new place downtown etc...) to discuss. I got home and made some cupcakes for my kids tomorrow. Funny, I always make my favorite--strawberry with cream frosting! They're used to it by now and some of them have even told me it's their fave now too. Tomorrow is finally Friday and we're headed to San Antonio for a long weekend. Robert has an obsession with Priceline so when it came time to book a room yesterday he got comfortable in front of the computer and typed away until he finally got the "BEST DEAL." Looks like this will be our home for the next few nights:

Not bad for $50 dollars a night huh? Looks awesome, can't wait! Keeping my fingers crossed that the weather clears up. :)
